Action Request

General information

To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:

  • ID — the action request identifier.

  • Status — the status of action request. Possible values:

    • Pending

    • Approved

    • Declined

  • Type — [TBD]

  • Requester — the requester email address

  • Created at from — the starting date of the range.

  • to — the end date of the range.

Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.

On the Adminisitrative > Action request page, the following data is provided about each action request:

ID

The system identifier of an action request.

Requester

The requester email address.

Type

The type of action request. [TBD]

Status

The status of action request. Possible values:

  • Pending

  • Approved

  • Declined

  • Created at The date and time when the actionrequest was created.

Action request details

To view action request details, click the action request ID. On the page that is displayed, you can view the detailed information about the action request.

The details page is divided into the Info and Operation log tabs.

In the Info section you can view the following fields in read-only view:

Requester

The address for payouts from the linked wallets.

Type

The action request type[TBD].

Changed user

The wallet name.

Old email

The blockchain wallet. Click the link to navigate to the blockchain wallet details.

New email

The wallet currency.

Created at

The date and time when the action request was created.

Updated at

The date and time when the action request was updated.

Status

The read-only dropdown menu that shows the action request status.

Request Data

The JSON string containing all of that specific action request data.

In the Operation log section you can view a log of notifications about all past events related to the selected action request.

Each notification indicates the event name, the reason why the notification was sent, the comment, and the event initiator, as well as the date and time when the event has occurred.
