Payouts
General information
Payouts are client requests for funds withdrawals from their wallets. Since the payouts are the requests for funds withdrawal, they can be declined if, for example, the blockchain fee is too low, the debiting address is incorrect or a client has no permissions to make payouts. If all the requirements for funds withdrawal are met, the client request for a payout is accepted following and the actual payout transfer is created.
On the Payouts page, you can find information about all payouts stored in the system.
You can use filters to search for a specific payout. To expand all filters, click the down arrow at the top of the table.
You can filter payouts by the following criteria:
ID — the system identifier of a payout.
Address — the payout address.
Wallet — the name of the wallet from which a payout was made.
Label — the payout name in the system.
Currency — the deposit currency.
Tracking id — the payout identifier specified by the client for tracking the payout in the client’s system.
Company — the name of the company of the client who made the payout.
Created at — the period of time when the payout was made.
Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.
On the Finance > Payouts tab, you can find the following information:
- ID
The system identifier of a payout.
- Label
The payout name in the system.
- Amount
The payout amount withdrawn by a client.
- Fee
The amount of a payout fee; the field also indicates whether the fee is included in the payout amount.
- Currency
The payout currency.
- Address
The payout address.
- Wallet
The name of the wallet from which a payout was made. This is a link to the wallet’s details.
- Company
The name of the company of the client who made the payout.
- Tracking ID
The payout identifier specified by the client for tracking the payout in the client’s system.
- Status
The payout status. Possible values:
Approved — a payout request was approved.
Waiting for approve — a payout request is waiting for approve (for example for clients with the Withdrawals with approval role).
Canceled — a payout request was declined.
- Created at
The date and time when the payout was created.
- Quick links
A link to the list of transfers related to the specified payouts.
- Export wallets
Click this button to download the up-to-date balances report or subscribe to automatically receive scheduled reports. For more details, see Reports and Subscriptions.
Payout details
To view the detailed information about the payout, click the deposit ID.
The details page features three tabs: Info, Transfers and Operating log. To navigate between them, click the menu button (☰) displayed in the middle right part of the screen.
The Info tab
On this tab, you can find general information about the payout.
On the left part of the Info tab, you can view and update the following information:
- Label
The payout name in the system.
- Tracking ID
The payout identifier specified by the client for tracking the payout in the client’s system.
- Callback url
The URL address for sending notification about a payout updates to a client.
- Number of confirmations to send additional callback
The number of blocks specified by a client. After a transaction receives the specified number of confirmations, the client will get an additional callback.
Click Save to apply changes.
On the right part of the Info tab, you can view the payout address, its identifier, status, currency and indication whether the fee is included in the payment. You can copy this address by clicking the copy icon. By clicking the link icon, you can navigate to the explorer.
Here, you can also view the following essential information about the payout:
- Commission
The amount of the commission for a payout operation.
- Charged pending
The amount of funds that was charged from a client’s wallet but has not been yet confirmed.
- Blockchain fees
The amount of blockchain fee.
- Amount
The amount of funds withdrawn from the wallet.
- Charged from the wallet
The total amount of funds withdrawn from the wallet and the blockchain fees.
In the lower part of the screen you can find general information about the payout:
- Created at
The date and time when the payout was created.
- Updated at
The date and time when the payout was updated.
- Wallet
A link to the wallet details.
- Applicant
The email of a client who made the payout.
- Requested rate
The rate at which the deposit was made.
- Requested fee rate
The rate of the blockchain fee.
The Transfers tab
On this tab, you can find the same information as at the left part of the Info tab.
The Operation log tab
On this tab, you can find the same information as at the left part of the Info tab.
Here, you can also view a log of notifications about all past events related to the selected payout.
Each notification indicates the event name, the reason why the notification was sent, the initiator of the event, as well as the date and time when the event has occurred.
