Commissions

General information

On the Commissions page, you can find information about the commissions calculated for deposit and payout operations, as well as reports.

Note

The Finance department users can’t update any data on the Commissions page.

To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:

  • ID — the client’s commission identifier.

  • User — the wallet owner.

  • Operation type — the commision type:

    • Exhcange markup

    • Deposit

    • Payout

    • Custom token monthly fee

    • Bank withdrawal fee

  • Steps label — [TBD]

  • Is global — specify whether it is a global commission (Any/Yes/No). The default value is Any.

  • Is internal — specify whether it is an internal commission (Any/Yes/No). The default value is Any.

Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.

On the Finance > Commissions page, the following data is provided about each commission:

ID

The system identifier of a commision transaction.

Label

The commision name in the system.

Operation type — the commision type:

  • Exhcange markup

  • Deposit

  • Payout

  • Custom token monthly fee

  • Bank withdrawal fee

Value

The commision percentage.

Users connected

The number of connected users.

Info [TBD]

Additional information for the commision. Contains one or more of the following possible values:

  • Coin [TBD]

  • Merchant owner [TBD]

  • Legal merchant owner [TBD]

  • Enterprise [TBD]

  • Custom token [TBD]

  • Internal [TBD]

  • Liquid token [TBD]

  • Fiat [TBD]

Is global

Indicates whether a commission is global. (Yes/No)

Commission details

To view commision details, click on the commision ID.

The details page contains two panes:

On the left one you have a read-only view the following information about a commission.

Operation type

The commision operation type:

  • Exhcange markup

  • Deposit

  • Payout

  • Custom token monthly fee

  • Bank withdrawal fee

Is global

Specifies whether it is a global commission (Yes/No).

Is internal

Specifies whether it is an internal commission (Yes/No).

Created at

The date and time a commission was created.

Info [TBD]

Additional information for the commision. Contains one or more of the following possible values:

  • Coin

  • Merchant owner

  • Legal merchant owner

  • Enterprise

  • Custom token

  • Internal

  • Liquid token

  • Fiat

Companies [TBD]

On the right section, you see a table of Tiers displaying the following information about a commission:

  • Ordering

  • Turnover max

  • Value

  • Min

  • Max

  • Additional fixed

Tier sets [TBD]

Tier set is a set of commission levels (ladder). It applies to selected commission models. Fixed constant commission is the same to a tierset with only 1 level, Going to the next level happens when user`s monthly turnover is more than specified at ‘Turnover max’ field. ‘Value’ field is the commission value. Absolute commission value may be limited by min and max fields.

Create a new tier set

Create a new tier set wallet as follows:

  1. Click the New button located in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Fill in the following fields.

  • Max turnover, USD — [TBD]

  • Commission — the amount of commission in percentage or in USD.

  • Min — [TBD]

  • Max — [TBD]

  • Additional fixed, USD — [TBD]

  1. Click Save.

Defaults

By clicking on default button on top right corner of the page you can view and manage default commissions aplied for all cases, if not overwritten. Changes will take effect immediately after saving. When changing, the commission for all transfers in the current month is recalculated according to the new value. Transfers from the previous period will remain unchanged.
