Orders
General information
On the Trading > Orders page you can find the orders that were created as the result of exchange operations.
You can use filters to search for a specific order. To expand all filters, click the down arrow at the top of the table.
You can filter orders by the following criteria:
ID — the system identifier of an order.
Operation type — the type of the operation related to the order (
Exchange
orTransfer
).Operation ID — the identifier of the operation in the system.
Status — the status of an order. Possible values:
Fail — the order has not been executed.
New — the order has just been created.
Success - the order was successfully executed.
External ID — the order identifier on the exchange.
Company — the name of a client’s company.
Instrument — the currency pair that was used for creating an operation.
Created at from to — the time period or the exact date and time when the order was created.
Updated at from to — the time period or the exact date and time when the order was updated.
Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.
On the Trading > Orders tab, you can find the following information:
- ID
The system identifier of an order.
- Operation
The type of operation (
Exchange
orTransfer
). Click the link to navigate to the transfer details.- Status
The order status. Possible values:
Fail — the order has not been executed.
New — the order has just been created.
Success - the order has been successfully executed.
- Symbol from
The indication of the symbol of the debiting currency.
- Symbol to
The indication of the symbol of the crediting currency.
- Amount
The transfer amount in the debiting currency.
- Rate
The exchange rate that was used for the exchange operation. The rate is calculated as follows:
Rate = Backoffice raw rate - Markup
.- Order ID
The order identifier on the exchange.
- Instrument
The currency pair that was used for creating a transfer related to the exchange operation.
- Side
The trading side of an order (
buy
orsell
).- External status
Indicates whether the order was executed. If the field is blank, the order has not yet been created.
- External order type
The type of the order that has been executed.
- External amount
The amount of funds on the exchange.
- External rate
The rate that was used for the order execution.
- Applicant
A client who has performed an operation resulted in the order.
- Created at
The date and time when an order was created.
- Updated at
The date and time when an order was updated.
- Actions
Click the Retry button to re-create the order that has been failed.
- Export
Click this button to download the up-to-date balances report or subscribe to automatically receive scheduled reports. For more details, see Reports and Subscriptions.
Order details
To view the detailed information about an order, click the order ID.
On the details page, you can view the following information about an order:
- Status
The order status. Possible values:
Fail — the order has not been executed.
New — the order has just been created.
Success - the order has been successfully executed.
- Op type
The type of the operation related to the order (
Exchange
orTransfer
).- Op id
The operation identifier in the system.
- Operation
Click the button to navigate to the transfer details.
- Instrument
The currency pair that was used for creating a transfer related to the exchange operation.
- Side
The trading side of an order (
buy
orsell
).- Amount
The transfer amount in the debiting currency.
- Amount currency
The indication of the transfer debiting currency.
- Rate
The exchange rate that was used for the exchange operation. The rate is calculated as follows:
Rate = Backoffice raw rate - Markup
.- Final rate
Rate with markup and transportation fees (that is blockchain fees charged for sending funds from the global wallet to a client’s wallet). This rate is calculated as follows:
Final rate = (Total amount + (delivery_cost * delivery_rate)) / Amount
, where:Total amount is the amount of funds received by a client.
Amount is the amount sent by a client.
delivery_cost is the amount spent for funds transportation (dust + blockchain fee).
delivery_rate is the rate of the blockchain currency fee to amount currency.
- External id
The order identifier on the exchange.
- External status
Indicates whether the order was executed. If the field is blank, the order has not yet been created.
- External commission
The amount of commission for an order execution.
- External order type
The type of the order that has been executed.
- External side
The side of an order (
buy
orsell
).- External instrument
The instrument that was used in an order.
- External total
The order amount in the target currency.
- External price
The price of an order execution.
- External amount
The amount of funds on the exchange.
- External units filled
The number of units in the order.
To save the order, click the Check trading order and save button.
In the Operation log section, you can view a log of notifications about all past events related to a selected order.
Each notification indicates the event name, the reason why the notification was sent, the initiator of the event, as well as the date and time when the event has occurred.
