Commissions
General information
On the Commissions page, you can find information about the commissions calculated for deposit and payout operations, as well as reports.
To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:
Company ID — the client’s company identifier.
Company name — the client’s company name.
Owner’s Email — the client’s email.
Type — the client type (Enterprise, Merchant or both).
Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.
On the Finance > Commissions page, the following data is provided about each commission:
- Company ID
The client’s company identifier.
- Company Name
The client’s company name.
- Owner’s Email
The client’s email.
- Type
The client type (Enterprise or Merchant).
- Deposit (Coins)
The commission amount calculated for deposit operations in coins, as a percentage.
- Payout (Coins)
The commission amount calculated for payout operations in coins, as a percentage.
- Deposit (Tokens)
The commission amount calculated for deposit operations in tokens, as a percentage.
- Payout (Tokens)
The commission amount calculated for payout operations in tokens, as a percentage.
- Deposit (Custom Tokens)
The commission amount calculated for deposit operations in custom tokens, as a percentage.
- Payout (Custom Tokens)
The commission amount calculated for payout operations in custom tokens, as a percentage.
- Exchange markup
The markup used for exchange operations, as a percentage.
- Custom tokens fee (monthly)
The commission amount charged for custom token processing charged on a monthly basis.
- Export
