CRM

General information

On the CRM page, you can find information about the CRM (customer relationship management) providers.

To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:

  • Is enabled — select the provider status.

Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.

On the Providers > CRM page, the following data is provided about each CRM provider:

Alias

The CRM provider name in the system.

Host

The hostname of a CRM provider.

Enabled

The status of a CRM provider.

CRM provider details

To view detailed information about a specific CRM provider, click the provider alias.

On the details page, you can view or edit the following fields:

Host

The host address of the CRM provider.

Login

The login for accessing the CRM provider.

Password

The password for accessing the CRM provider.

Extra

The second API key that along with a password is required for accessing a support CRM.

Is enabled

The status of the CRM provider. [TBD](If enabled, then what?) Toggle the switch to change the status.

If you updated any of the fields, click Save to apply the changes.
