Events

General information

On the Service > Events page, you can view a list of events occurred in B2BinPay as well as remove them from the list.

To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:

  • ID — the system identifier of an event.

  • Type — the event type. Possible values:

    • Callback

    • Payout approve

    • Overpaid deposit

    • Transfer or expired deposit

    • Insufficient funds on parent wallet

    • Transfer amount is less than required minimum

    • Insufficient funds for payment for a custome token

  • Operation type — the type of the operation. Possible values:

    • Deposit — a deposit to a client wallet.

    • Payout — a withdrawal from a client wallet.

    • Direct deposit to wallet’s address — the operation of refilling a client’s wallet using a virtual wallet address.

    • Payment for a custom token — the monthly commission for processing one custom token.

  • Company — the client company name.

  • Created at from — specify the starting date of the range.

  • to — specify the end date of the range.

  • Operation ID — the operation identifier.

Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.

On the Service > Events page, the following information is provided about each event:

ID

The system identifier of an event.

Type

The event type. Possible values:

  • Callback

  • Payout approve

  • Overpaid deposit

  • Transfer or expired deposit

  • Insufficient funds on parent wallet

  • Transfer amount is less than required minimum

  • Insufficient funds for payment for a custome token

Transfer

The transfer identifier. Click the identifier to navigate to the transaction details.

Operation

The operation type. Click the type to navigate to the operation type details.

Is seen

Specifies whether an event has been seen. Possible values:

  • viewed

  • unviewed

Created at

The date and time when the event occurred.

Event details

To view detailed information about an event, click the event ID.

On the details page, you can view the following information about an event:

  • Type — the :ref:event type<event type>

  • Transfer — the transfer identifier. Click the identifier to navigate to the transaction details.

  • Operation type — The operation type. Click the type to navigate to the operation type details.

  • Operation id — the operation identitfier.

  • Is seen — indicates whether the event has been viewed.

  • Created at — when the event was occured.

To remove the event from the events list, click Remove.
