Incidents
General information
[TBD] (What is considered an incident?) On the Issues > Incidents page, you can view a list of all incidents happend in B2BinPay.
To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:
ID — the incidet identifier in the Back Office.
Entity & Case — the name of the entity in which the incide has happened as well the case name.
Status — the status of the incident. Possible values:
Created — the incident is just created.
Sent — the incident is sent to support layers.
Processed - the incident is processed by support people.
Ignored - the incident is ignored by the support people.
Is critical — specifies whether an incident is critical.
Created at — the time period or the exact date and time when the incident was created.
Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.
On the Issues > Incidents page, the following data is provided about each incident:
- ID
The incident identifier in the Back Office.
Entity & Case
Status The status of the wallet duplication request. Possible values:
Created
Sent
Processed
Ignored
Message
- Is critical
The transfer type, such as bank withdrawal, deposit or dust.
- Resolver
The transaction identifier in the blockchain. Click it to navigate to the blockchain explorer.
- Processed at
The transfer amount, both in the wallet currency and its equivalent in USD.
- Created at
The blockchain fee, both in the wallet currency and its equivalent in USD.
Transfer incident details
To view detailed information about an incident, click the incident ID.
On the left side of the incide details page, you can view and edit the following information about the incident:
- Identifier
The incident idetifier.
- Entity
Name of the entity in which the incide has happened. Possible values:
Exchange
Transfer
Transaction
Payout
SMSProvider
Address
Rate
NodeConnection
- Case
- The case name. Possible values:
enterprise
insufficient-funds
create
unknown_token
invalid_transaction
Activate
- Is critical:
It specifies whether the incident is critical.
- Created at
The date and time when the incidet was created.
- Updated at
The date and time when the incidet was updated.
- Processed at
The date and time when the incidet was processed by a resolver.
- Resolver
The emial address of the person who resolved the incident.
- Status
Using this dropdown, you can change incident status.
- Message
A short explanation of what happend or how it was resolved.
On the right side of the page you can view actiona log. Each notification indicates:
the event name
the reason why the notification was sent
comment
the event initiator
date and time when the event has occurred
If you updated any of the fields, click Save to apply the changes.
