On the Support page, you can find information about the support providers.
To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:
Is enabled — specify the provider status.
Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.
On the Providers > Support page, the following information is provided about each Support provider:
- Alias
The Support provider name in the system.
- Host
The hostname of a Support provider.
- Enabled
The status of a Support provider.
Support provider details
To view detailed information about a specific Support provider, click the provider alias.
On the details page, you can view or edit the following fields:
- Host
The host address of the Support provider.
- Login
The login for accessing the Support provider.
- Password
The password for accessing the Support provider.
- Extra
The second API key that, along with a password, is required for accessing the support provider.
Department ID [TBD]
Brand ID [TBD]
- Is enabled
The status of the Support provider. [TBD](If enabled, then what?) Toggle the switch to change the status.
If you updated any of the fields, click Save to apply the changes.
