Wallet duplication requests

General information

On the Wallet duplication requests page, you can find information about client requests for wallet duplications. This page is available only for the Finance Department users.

To filter the page data, click the down arrow located at the top of the table and adjust the following filter parameters:

ID — the identifier of the wallet duplication request. Wallet — the wallet name for which duplication is requested. Target connection — the node name. Status — the wallet duplication request status:

  • Failed — the request was declined.

  • Not processed — the request hasn’t yet been processed.

  • Account created — the duplicate wallet is created.

  • Account activated — the duplicate wallet is activated.

Created at from — the starting date of the range. to — the end date of the range.

Click the check mark icon to apply the filters. To reset filters, click the cross icon.

On the Service > Wallet duplication requests page, the following information is provided about each wallet duplication request:

ID

The duplication request identifier.

Duplicate label

The address of a duplicate wallet.

Wallet

The name of the wallet that was duplicated.

Target connection

The node name.

Status

The status of the wallet duplication request. Possible values:

  • Failed — the request is declined.

  • Not processed — the request hasn’t yet been processed.

  • Account created — the duplicate wallet is created.

  • Account activated — the duplicate wallet is activated.

Target wallet

The name of a duplicate wallet.

Created at

The date and time when a wallet duplication request was created.
